Returns and refunds
-We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges FOR DENIM . Other items like Hoodies, Sweats, etc are exchangable if the items are brand new. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. If your package gets stolen contact your bank as I am not responsible.
Shipping
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the FedEx/USPS/UPS tracking number. To track your package, get your tracking number from your email, enter your tracking number, and press the “track” button to get shipment details.
When will I receive my order?
Remember I am just one person so if im doing a pre order please give me up to a week or two or four to finish your Stain, All items are ready to be made so all items will be ready to ship in the next 1-3 days, I'm not a brand owner that'll take your hard earned money and take forever to ship your item(s) out. For other items like jeans or 1 of 1 garments shipping varies depending on item.
